Chai Point’s Learning & Development function trains every employee - store teams, field technicians, operations and support - through structured, certification-based programmes covering induction, product knowledge, customer experience, food safety, and leadership. Training is delivered on the job and in classrooms, and includes a work-integrated degree pathway for frontline staff.
